This place was bookmarked on my yelp for a while and when I found out they do cooking demonstrations on saturday I made sure to attend.
They advertise them as cooking classes but it is more a demonstration style. They provide you with the recipe on paper and you can follow along as they prep. They will get one or two participants to come and help cook the food once prep is done and them the prepared food is plated. All the attendees can get a small plate and scoop up their own portion for a tasting.

The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I have ordered their pad thai and pad ka prao before and loved it. Keep up with their fb page to follow their cooking demonstration schedule.

Hi everyone, we had a great class today making Friend Spring Rolls and Pad Ginger Stir Fry. So glad I decided to take part in these classes, I have met many nice students and the owners are great. We have a very knoledgeable instructor Long and without Vin we would still be cutting things up. She keeps us moving. Som is fantastic and alway helping everyone. Looking forward to next weeks class. Thanks so much for all you do.

Today was a special day, my friends Maria & Dawn came with me to the SJ’s International Market at 1108 Overcash Dr. Dunedin Fl. 34698. Owners Som & Joe hosted a great cooking class from 11 to about 1PM we learned how to make spring rolls, which were so delicious and then Chicken Panang sooo good. I bought some take out and we had it for dinner tonight, everything was delicious. We even picked some herbs from Som’s garder in the back of the store. They have classes every Sat. at 11am you have to call ahead and sign up. 727 736-1800

We enjoyed our take out tonight for dinner, the pork on a stick and the Thai fried rice. Delicious..Hope to see you next week again.

Thai cooking class is free and exceptional. Today, we made the best green curry I’ve ever tasted using fresh herbs from their garden. Long is a detailed cook, explaining every cut, every reason why you use specific ingredients at specific times. Free class every Saturday at 11am. Join us!
